Great room, excellent bathroom, 100% user friendly. Free parking in front of the hotel, even if it’s full you can park it on the pavement across the parking. Breakfast has it all you need and more. Fresh orange juice, good coffee. We’ll definitely come back!
Stayed there with two friends for a night and booked 30 minutes before check-in. We got a room that wasn‘t yet fully done and when the staff realized the mistake they upgraded us to a suite for free. We didn‘t even have to complain.
Dinner buffet was great, as was breakfast. Location is a bit outside, but there were a bunch of scooters outside which we used to get to the train station in a few minutes.
I have stayed at 50 different Radisson Hotels, but never have we been met with such good service. The reception consisted of wonderful people, no wonder when they have such a charismatic and good manager. We will definitely be going back.
This place does not meet Radisson 4 stars criterias. Cleaning service visist the room only to change the towels and leave the water (if you proactively ask) and they do not care about trash or dead insects on the floor. The breakfast restaurant is so tiny, too small to accomodate guests even in low season like today and they charge extra payment for dicaffe hot drinks!!! Far too away from the standard I experience in other Radisson spots. Go to Sopot if you are determinated to meet the quality at the PL seaside under R brand. Very nice new hotel. Lots of entertainment for kids.
But most important... wonderful barman - Daniel. Highly experienced, full of recipes (his own too). I have spent great time talking and trying his drinks. Full of energy young professionalist.
Very comfortable bed, nice rooms. A bit far from the seaside but it’s a nice walk. Very nice staff, everybody is smiling and trained well. Restaurant is nice and pool. The only minus is the lobby bar open till 23. The hotel is a bit far from everything so bar should be open longer as later you don’t have a place to get a drink
Very decent hotel, a bit awkward bathroom with little space. Comfy bed. Quite congested pool area. Excellent parking options. Walking distance to the beach, circa 15 min, however one needs to pass other hotel's area.
Excellent breakfast, wow truly 5 star.
Very nice and modern hotel giving lot of fun to kids. Great breakfast! Free EV charger! The only downside was that family room was quite small…
